How do you determine the condition of Reworked items?
Each garment undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We categorize items into three grades: 'Excellent' (near new), 'Great' (minor visible wear), and 'Good' (visible character and repairs), all while ensuring structural integrity.
Can I return a Reworked purchase?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all Reworked items. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all Reworked tags still attached.
How does the trade-in process work?
You can bring your pre-owned Carhartt gear to participating retail locations. If your items meet our condition requirements, you will receive a digital gift card valid for use at Carhartt.com or any Carhartt company store.
Is the sizing the same as new Carhartt gear?
Since these items have been previously worn and laundered, some slight shrinkage or stretching may have occurred. We provide specific measurements and fit notes on each product page to help you find the right size.
What are your shipping rates for Reworked orders?
We offer standard ground shipping starting at $8.95. Shipping is free for all Ground orders over $99. Please note that Reworked items ship in eco-friendly, minimalist packaging to reduce our environmental footprint.
